Ottawa Restaurants

Hi, We are four people there that night. Two of them went there so often and brought a lot friends to there. Me and the other person were invited by them. we had meals and drinks there and after dinner, they asked us for coffe or desert, then one of us order a coffee. before the coffee came, the other waiteress came to us asked us to leave if we finished, but truth is, we are still waiting. so, those two waitress show no smile from begging to the end. We were not happy with that happened to us. since the other two knew the owner standing outside and smoking. so, they thought it will help to complain the situations. Thunder of out blue that the owner don’t even give any attention to us and said the waitress is following his instructions. We asked his name and he was proud to tell us and we even told the owner that since this happned we may not come back to this restaurant again, you don’t even concern. The owner said to us, I don’t care you are coming back or not. We were shock by the owner attitude. Again, I remeber one told me before, if the waiteress is not happy with they money they get, then change their job or ask the owner to raise money. we customer pay food. To me they just want easy money. think about those people clean hotel room. How many people tip those you don’t see but spent a lot efforts to clean all the mess.
Again, this restaurant is worest experience and so true and ugly about dining service. If we knew the owner would had such attitude. we will tip nothing to them. Again, we tiped too much for that awful services. I rather to give the money for cherity organization. It’s not just about tipping, it’s about the fake attitude.
