A fellow holly snob! I once asked our server, “Is your hollandaise always this… subtle?” The response was a blank stare and a gaping mouth, followed by a querulous, “Subtle?” Glad to hear there is at least one other restaurant in the area with a decent hollandaise!

Yes and the waitress was a snot! I ordered a 1/2 cheese/ 1/2 sausage because she talked up the sausage. Usually I only eat cheese with the kids. The sausage was terrible in my opinion so I picked it off and at the pizza with out. So there was a pile of sausage on the tray. When she picked the tray up to wrap the leftover pizza she asked if I liked the sausage and I said that I didn’t. So what does she do, she puts the sausage that I picked off the pizza and put them in a container and put them in with the leftover pizza. I don’t think she liked that I didn’t like the sausage. We will never go back it was a bad experience!
