The Merrows definitely sounds like my kind of sandwich. :)

The servers should definitely be trained or at the very least, be honest if they don’t know the info. You might do better choosing your own wines as opposed to getting advice from a complete novice.

I’ve never had London broil before. I’ll have to head back to Ruth’s and give it a go.
