Apparently I’m a huge wannabe douchebag or something for wearing Patagonia while being excessively liberal and going to Biff’s without being born in Flagstaff. Or something. The emailer wasn’t particularly clear, but the word “retarded” was thrown around a lot.

After writing this review nearly two years ago, I’ve been visiting Biff’s quite a bit in the past couple of months. Service has improved a great deal and I’ve been meaning to come update this review. Biff’s makes great bagels, serves good coffee, and the folks behind the counter of late have been super. I have no pretension that that’s because of any review, but I’m glad for it nonetheless.

Biff’s has the best bagels in town. Go there. But careful being critical, because you never know when someone will call you a douchebag for writing about repeated negative experiences.

Thanks for the update, bestsushi. I may have to give Monsoon another try. (Though the fact that your name is bestsushi and you’ve posted exactly one review makes me wonder if you’re not affiliated with the restaurant.)
