What kind of appetizers did they serve?

That price for quality sushi definitely sounds like a great deal! :)

I, happily, made the long drive from Los Angeles to Temecula, today, to recapture the essence of CTCB. Once again, I was in awe of the excellent place that this is. As I sat watching Diane and Vern (the owners) personally customize drinks for their customers, your question popped into mind: “So what makes this place so unique?” Kind of hard to succinctly explain in a crisp and terse manner. But then..Voila! I noticed the following posted near the counter:
“What Makes Us Different:
1.we have over 30 tea options
2.they are all loose leaf
3.we brew when you order
4.we have our own patent pending brewing process
5.we use no powdered mixes for our specialty drinks
6.we use the right temperature of water for each tea
7.we bag our own teas for retail on site, fresh from our inventory”
For me it comes down to this foundation; fast, tasty, customized, healthy, no pre-brewing/pre-chilling of their loose leaf, a lot of variety, extensive research and knowledge of tea on behalf of the owners, and so many, many more good things that can only be experienced first-hand.
Thank for your question! Its always a delight to root for CTCB!!!
