This restaurant is average. But it tastes surprisingly good. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and a pasta dish. The dishes are a bit expensive, but everything in Tahoe is a bit upscale I guess.

With all the other interesting restaurants in the area, we made the wrong choice with Applebee’s. The food is quite uninteresting and the service is mediocre (although they try to be cheery). I’m sad we wasted a meal here.

If you’re in South Lake Tahoe and need Internet access, come here. The cafe has a nice rustic cabin feel and is quite cozy. The open wireless network has a nice strong signal and the coffee smell is very comforting. This is a much better option than the Starbucks across the street.
