10/20/2009I think that this restaurant used to be on Federal Hwy just south of S.E. 17th Street. The concept of charging for un eaten rice balls was the same.
I often wondered, given a choice between eating tuna sashimi or eating rice balls, why anyone would choose to eat the rice. There are too many other reputable restaurantuers to support to play these games.
