Honestly at Taisho III

I think that this restaurant used to be on Federal Hwy just south of S.E. 17th Street. The concept of charging for un eaten rice balls was the same.
I often wondered, given a choice between eating tuna sashimi or eating rice balls, why anyone would choose to eat the rice. There are too many other reputable restaurantuers to support to play these games.

Most cooking schools have good public dining rooms. As you mentioned the staff are student practitioners so cut them a bit of slack both in the kitchen and on the floor. As you urge, tip generously if it’s deserved.

Thank You for your review. They have changed managers recently. Ed Kelly went to the Chart House in Miami. The new GM is Michael.
I will contact him and have him read your review.
Meanwhile, Please try Truluck’s Seafood.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll never go there.
