I’m not on the same page as you are with this restaurant. Along with being on the water, they also do not run the A/C in the summertime. They just open up those big sliding glass doors and pray for a breeze. At least, that’s what I was doing when I was there. The summer heat is not a friend at Santorini’s. They probably don’t run the air so you’ll buy more beer or refreshing cocktails. To me, the food there is average, at best. The salad at Mr. Souvlaki is much better and less expensive. You are paying for that water view in the stifiling heat. I’ve had better food in a much better and cooler atmosphere.
