Thank you all for your comments,but you can get cheaper steaks and seafood at the supermarket/sorry janeenr you had a bad time/sounds like the cook don’t know how to drain a steak on paper or whatever.i’m a cheapskate,and i live pretty cheap…..everybody should do the same.live cheap and smart,and yes you can copy that filet mignon at home.a steak with a piece of bacon around it,and put it in the microwave…
