04/06/2009Yes, try their miso marinated black cod. Umai! Steve makes the best sauces around, so I guess you could say that’s his specialty. They have lots of fancy, tasty rolls if you are into that sort of thing. I always start with assorted sashimi. Go for the fresh fish – tuna, salmon, ocean trout and yellowtail and when he has it – Aji. His Uni is always first rate too.
