You would think because they are open in the evenings and you gave them a timeline in which you needed to leave; that they would have taken the extra step to make sure your food was out in a timely manner. I don’t know what you ordered but what the hell takes that long to cook? If they can’t get food out in a reseanable amount of time then they need to change what they put on the menu. Keep it simple!!!
