What’s in the Manglorian eggplant dishe?

I ate there so many time and the pad thai was always good. The Lunch Pad Thai Chicken served with either miso soup or salad with ginger dressing only $8.00, I think it is very good price, and all the server all speak good English. I think Sushifan2000 referring different restaurant, bird cafe?
