Minskys DOES follow all necessary steps to insure we do not cross contaminate gluten free products. All gluten free crusts are made in a gluten free kitchen by Kneaded Specialties in Lee’s Summit. At each location we use seperate sauces, toppings, prep, cooking and cutting utensils when making gluten free products. We are verified by the G.R.E.A.T. organization which is run by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. They have trained our entire management staff to comply with the needs of those with celiac disease and all of our employees are required to pass training tests for handling gluten free products. We are very sorry about your unpleasant dining experience and please feel free to contact us directly to discuss. We do everything in our power to avoid any cross contamination unlike the majority of businesses that claim they offer gluten free products but as i’m sure you are aware our kitchen is not a gluten free kitchen. We do have flour on our premises therefore we can not guarantee that everything is 100% gluten free.
