Do they have any specialty pizzas you could recommend?

I’ve eaten from Papa’s several times and haven’t had any problems at all. Coming from someone who once worked at a pizza place those “hidden fees” you are talking about are probably the $2 delivery charge. Every pizza place you could order from in this area charges AT LEAST $2 so it IS standard business practice. I’ll try to explain it for you. The economy is weak. Fuel is expensive. It takes fuel to transport things like ingredients, boxes, etc. Business owners are being charged more for the necessities of running a business, I could go on and on. Instead of increasing menu prices, pizza places have increased their delivery charge to compensate for the increased amount that THEY have to pay. Call any pizza place and you’ll find those mysterious “hidden fees” there too. Btw, always tip your delivery drivers.
