This is an act of pure desperation, but I’m thinking maybe you folks could help. Years ago, maybe 10, I visited a restaurant for lunch with a couple of coworkers in Morristown or Madison, NJ. Since then, I’ve been haunted by a dish I had their, their Pasta Fagioli. I was beyond words! I can’t duplicate nor have I found anyone that could. Just to make it worse, I saw a segment on House Hunters where they showed the cafe where I had this wonderful fare. i think it was called Green Apple Cafe but Google doesn’t turn up anything. Would either of you know the name of this little restaurant??? Ultimately, I would like to bug the owner for the recipe, but if I get nowhere with that, I would like to at least visit there again. For that, I would need address/phone of the cafe. HELP!!! or help me find someone who knows the area well enough to point me in the right direction. THANK YOU!!

It sounds to me like the owner wrote this review. It’s a little TOO helpful and full of information. Definitely do not trust.

If cooked right, okra definitely is not slimy and actually quite tasty. :)
