There is a website for Meritage Bistro. It looks like it will be opening in Northern New Jersey in Bergen County… The chef, a Culinary Institute of America graduate has worked at some of the top restaurants in Manhattan and Westchester, New York. The owner worked at Cafe des Artistes in Manhattan and a premier Italian restaurant in White Plains. The food will be a blend of Mediterranean, American, Italian and European cuisines all at value oriented pricing. Proves to be a Manhattan – Like relaxed atmosphere but at reasonable pricing.
