Now that’s great service! So what dishes did you order?

It’s always such a disappointment when a favorite restaurant starts to go down hill. :(

Definite props at least for being “family-friendly”. That doesn’t happen at a lot of restaurants.

@ mammagirl. FYI – That was actually another diner who was in my party. Perhaps you are correct. the old man could have been the bartender that you are speaking of, however the real owner may want to fire him because he is giving his restaurant a bad name. The main issue was not the pp charge. It was the attitude of the staff.

….and FYI, red neck = trash from trailerparks..usually of Caucasian decent…None of us were Caucasian…so there goes your theory…

@ mammagirl – Oh please. The information above is truthful in its entirety. Sorry, we did not go there for any freebies, however for a decent dinner. It was not provided and the owner was rude. That is all there is to it. I’m glad you see these things happen in your tourist town, however it has not happened in any tourist city (i.e. NYC) that I have dined in. As for your “private message”, we were told the man who came up to us was the owner. He was an older man and was 100% rude. I have advised all the proper outlets on the type of experience we had. FYI, he used the word “cheap” as we walked out not knowing what any of us do for a living. Which in our opinion is plain pathetic. The owner of this establishment needs to learn customer service first and foremost before attempting to run ANY type of business. As for you, mammagirl, I am sure you love going to low-life establishments as you probably feel right at home.
