seriously, how many times at how many sites are you going to post this lame review? you think the kitchen is your personal chef, subject to your timing whims? lots of people like this restaurant, including me; and they’re no doubt better off without you.
The Center is where I learned in the late-1970s to mobilize rather than simply discard the cole slaw that came with my burger, and where they indulged my poverty by serving me blue cheese dressing and endless soup crackers for a quarter.
i’ve seen that done before – a restaurant procures nice tablecloths and then covers them with, like you say, paper – or i’ve seen thick, ugly plastic, too. it’s baffled me as much as you.
