i’ve heard of lettuce appetizers similar to that, but never with spinach leaves. i bet spinach gives it additional flavor. thanks for the review!

i think you can judge a restaurant by how well they treat their vegetarians. i mean, it’s easy to just cook a chicken breast, but vegetarian meals can test a chef’s skills a little more.
