This place had the gall to call this Kobe Beef as if folks in the Lehigh valley are too bumpkinish to notice!

Yes, most everone nailed it, the sushi is pretty good but the Hibachi side is way overpriced and not that good at all. I should add that the attitude at the sushi bar was a liitle high brow for me as well. I prefer those a bit more blue collar, maybe The Promenade is not the place to go for blue collar (lol). Anyway the Saucon Valley Roll kicks ass.

RJones at Cosi

One of the things that I like about Cosi is that the portion sizes are on the small side, I think they’re realistic portion sizes unlike manyrestaurants where I have leftovers that equal another 1-2 meals.

I’m not quite clear on the negative comments either. Sure the prices are a bit steep, but I’m sure that it has to pay the rent. I never had a bad experience here and never had any complaints from those who I took with me. I do not find the staff rude either as gtichick2002 seems to have encountered.

I’ve been several times, and I’ve always had good service, amazingly fast service no matter how busy they are. I have on occasion waitied a few minutes at the door to be acknowledged, but a family run resturant doesn’t always have someone on staff just to be a host/hostess.
