Casa Toro Mexican Grill is the best restaurant in the Coopersburg area. Great food, great service, nice place! I love it there!
Hi porkwizard. As a frequent diner at White Orchids, I was going to take the time to write a nice review. Instead I saw your review and was so amazed by your bitterness that I decided to comment.
Here is what I got out of your review…
the pros: the waitress was wonderful. the food tasted great.
the cons: you think the shops in the mall are overpriced…but are full of white trash? the people in this country make you sick? the host was about to seat someone before you by mistake, but you corrected her and the situation was resolved. wow…you really sound like you are four years old.
what you assumed:
As a frequent diner at White Orchids, I know that they do not use any MSG and that the spring rolls are a family recipe…not restaurant supply.
If you would have taken a second to say hi to the manager like a nice diner, you may have had a better experience instead of leaving in a horrible mood. I have gotten to know the managers and they always make me and my guests feel welcome and special every time we dine. You should try to enjoy yourself when you go out to eat…or whats the point?
I agree. In the overal scheme of value meals, not meaning cheap, but menaing price in balance with what you get, this place underwhelms. Sure, the decor is great. If that is why you go out to eat then more power to your meager dollar…
Eh…I’ve been to MANY of these sorts of places across the US and outside of the US when on business. this place is overpriced with expensive decor. You really need to get out more often…it’s not that the food is bad, it’s that the prices are steep. Of course when you choose to be in the overpriced Promenade Shops mall, what can you expect?
