This place had the gall to call this Kobe Beef as if folks in the Lehigh valley are too bumpkinish to notice!

Yes, most everone nailed it, the sushi is pretty good but the Hibachi side is way overpriced and not that good at all. I should add that the attitude at the sushi bar was a liitle high brow for me as well. I prefer those a bit more blue collar, maybe The Promenade is not the place to go for blue collar (lol). Anyway the Saucon Valley Roll kicks ass.

One of the things that I like about Cosi is that the portion sizes are on the small side, I think they’re realistic portion sizes unlike manyrestaurants where I have leftovers that equal another 1-2 meals.

I stopped in here once, and it was Wonderful. The place has a fantastic atmosphere. I don’t recall what I had or even when I went, but i remember the visit was very enjoyable.

The decor is sparse because the rent is so high.
