that wrap sounds amazing – you wouldn’t think avocado and hummus would go together so well, since they’re both a little squishy, but i love avocado & hummus with sprouts and tomato on some wheat bread.

I was in Sicily last spring, and it’s a picture of a fruttivendolo (a fruit seller) in Palermo. It was in March, and really cold, but things were growing all over the island. I blew it up to 8X10 and have it in my kitchen. Thanks for noticing.
