sounds like a rough night! but i’ve heard that it takes awhile for restaurants to really hit their rhythm, so maybe in a few months you’ll have a good local steakhouse.

i am absolutely intrigued by that pizza buffet. do you put assemble a pizza with raw ingredients to have the kitchen cook it for you, or are you working with a cheese pizza and you just toss toppings on it and eat?

that dish sounds really delicious, but i have to say, “protein 2000” is kind of an off-putting name. it sounds like a bodybuilder’s drink. still, i’d eat tofu under any name. thanks for the review!
