As the owner of the restaurant, I am totally shocked to hear about your experience. That kind of rude service is totally unacceptable. I can assure you that I was not aware that this went on in my restaurant. It is my goal to talk to almost every single table in my restaurant every single day. I am so sorry that I did not talk to you and try and fix the situation.
As for the food, we have made some significant changes to the recipes and the price. Our beans contain no lard as do 90% of most refried beans, and if there is not sufficient salt, they can have a flat taste to them. The pricing was a little high when we first opened, because we were unsure about the market.
Again I am truly sorry that you were treated this way. It is quite embarrassing actually. I would love to have another chance to show what things are really like. If you send me a mailing address I will send you gift card so that you can try it again for free.
