	4.0 star rating Poached Eggs (4/5) Vegetable & Potato Hash Browns,Toast When I asked the waitress what "vegetables" were included in the hash browns and she replied "carrots and parsnips". No hesitation there - I love parsnips and think they are very underutilized! The eggs were done perfectly - with a soft golden yolk! Hash browns were crispy without being soggy.
