This is not one of the better Vietnamese restaraunts in Richmond, VA. Take a quick run down the road to Tan-A Plaza for some of the best food around.
Vietnam 1 is a great place for the American diner.
Pho So 1 is a step up from Vietnam 1
If you explore Rigsby road, you might even find the best Pho in town! (Look for a blue roof)
Favorite Richmond Restaurant
Flawless Vietnamese food and a great selection of Belgian beer. We can get two giant bowls of pho, the appetizer sampler, and a great beer and get out of there for under $20 including tip. Simply not to be beat.
