We have been a pioneer in the craft beer industry since opening our original Arbor Brewing Company Pub and Eatery in downtown Ann Arbor, MI in July of 1995. Our commitment to handcrafted beer, exceptional hospitality, local sourcing, community involvement, and environmental stewardship has been the foundation for our growth and success for nearly two decades. ABC was founded by husband and wife team Matt and Rene Greff who share a passion for beer and adventure. By their late 20s the Greffs had become disenchanted with their corporate gigs and soon after brewpubs were legalized in Michigan, they set about opening their own brewery. They raised their startup capital through a network of friends, family, and co-workers and became the first brewpub to open in Ann Arbor and the fifth to open in Michigan’s fledgling microbrewery movement.

Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina is the creation of three time James Beard Award nominated Chef Luciano DelSignore, also chef/owner of the critically acclaimed Bacco Ristorante. Bigalora features authentic Napoletana style pizza with Michigan’s first biga fermented pizza dough, which undergoes a natural 72 hour fermentation without the use of commercial yeast or added sugar, before being charred to perfection in 90 seconds at 900 degrees in our custom-built wood burning oven. Chef Luciano’s fresh & local philosophy extends to the entire menu of small plates, soups, salads, pastas, wood-fired entrees and daily house made artisan gelatos and fat free sorbettos. When possible we use as manylocally sourced ingredients from small purveyors, farmers, and ranchers.

Café Felix was established in 1997. The concept of a French Bistro was born out of a lifetime of traditional French upbringing. My family's roots can be traced to Paris and the Alsace region of France. These very roots have grown my family accustomed to a lifestyle of well-prepared foods, classic cocktails, fine wines and quality time spent with family and friends. These roots, therefore, have inspired me to create Café Felix - as close to a Parisian experience you'll find outside of France itself.

The Original Cottage Inn restaurant opened its doors at 512 East William, Ann Arbor in 1948. This restaurant has had the distinction of being the first restaurant in Ann Arbor to serve pizza. The current ownership acquired the building at 512 E. William in 1961 and it remains the company's flagship today. The restaurant's first major expansion took place in 1975. The restaurant was remodeled again in 1980 and 1987. In 1993, a major renovation of the restaurant was done to include the second floor, which increased the seat capacity. This renovation also provided banquet room facilities. The restaurant offers a diverse menu of Italian and Greek dishes as well as pizzas.
