Heading up the heart of the house is Executive Chef Jordan Davis; a fresh new culinary talent recently arrived to San Diego. Jordan brings experience from Nancy Oakes’ multi-James Beard winning Boulevard in San Francisco as well as the Food & Wine recognized nose-to-tail restaurant, Animal in Los Angeles. Davis’ seafood menu features distinct regional fare from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Craft cocktails, draft and bottled beer and beautiful wines have been hand selected to pair well with each offering available on the menu.
