Fabulous Indian Food
I came with my office a little over a week ago and was extremely delighted with the food and service of this restaurant. One of my bosses told me about the place because I am big fan of Indian cuisine. I have tried Indian restaurants in Waltham, Natick, Somerville and Boston. Ambassador, by far, takes the cake … or should I say curry? The food was absolutely exquisite. The service was great. The man who seemed like the manager was extremely nice to us. My colleagues and I ordered a bunch of different dishes and just shared around. We had everything from the chicken tikka masala (which was my favorite), lamb curry, tandoori mixed grill (which they bring out sizzling), baigan bharta (great for the vegetarians), malay kofta as well as vegetable biryani. The appetizers were great as well … we ordered the mixed platter and it was the perfect start to the meal. We barely had room for dessert, but we ended up getting the kulfi which was simply perfect. I am going back to this place during 4th of July as I have a bunch of friends and family visiting for the weekend. They are going to love it.
