Dim Sum is the way to go
I went there one busy weekday for lunch. It was packed with locals but the dim sum is excellent. It’s cheap and tastes great. I usually go for the normal dumplings. They have people hustling the carts of food. At least you get to see what you’re ordering.

I pick whatever I feel like eating. My favorite dishes normal get pushed around the table. It’s better if you can sit near the kitchen, so you get the food nice and fresh.
