From the Restaurant
Welcome to Azurea at One Ocean Resort Hotel and Spa in beautiful Atlantic Beach, Florida. Azurea is authentic to the "First Coast: locale, where the lovely decor reflects the ocean view. Azurea is named after the azure color of the ocean. Our executive chef, Ted Peters, takes you through and an adventure of "locavor" philosophy. He includes the freshest, highest quality organic foods fround within a 150-mile radius of Jacksonville, Florida to produce his contemporary, eclectic, and innovative dining experience. The gluten free beef and chicken are from the organic Rosa Farms from Ocala, Florida. Most of the fresh seafood is from the Mayport area in Florida. In addition, many of the fresh organic vegetables and herbs are from the Indian River area.
