From the Restaurant
Chef/owner Yuji Otsuka brings Western & Japanese elements together to create his tapas style (small plate) menu. Many of the dishes are Yuji's originals that now can be found at other restaurants around town. Creative combinations that utilize a wide range of always fresh ingredients make for colourful and tasty dishes that are sure to satisfy. We also boast the best sushi in Vancouver and farmed fish is never served. Many of our customers return week after week to enjoy their favourite dishes while others prefer to sample Yuji's latest creations from the specials menu. Wish us luck in our nomination for Best Japanese Restaurant at the upcoming Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards.
