I had happys twice from this location and both times I was disappointed. I did have happys from taylor that was extremely good. It seems to be the way this one is operated.

Its hard to upset me with food but the pizza wasn’t very good. It has very little topping and looked like it was shook around. The wings were crusty. Showed signs of unchanged oil. It was enough for me never to order from this location again.

Any resturaunt that has the OWNER -- coming to my house to say I am sorry and give me my money back is TOP OF THE LINE !!! This is something that has not been done since the olden days and it is about time somebody decided that one customer was worth the effort -- I commend them—And you have Great Pizza as well!!!

I lost $28.30, just to prove the point that they cannot treat customers so rudely as they did with me. TWO hours, THREE visits by the delivery person, and when he finally showed up with the second half of my order at nearly 8pm, when I called to order well before 6pm…I returned ALL the food to him and told him to take it back, because the woman taking orders refused to take my calls, with not a single apology from them. They seem to act like I was the one in the wrong, when I said NOTHING rude, and I was feeling sorry and apologizing to their delivery person…when I didn;t HAVE to! It get’s better, when I called the next morning to speak to the owner, he offered to send me a salad delivered (which makes no sense…he speaks broken english)...and was not even listening to what I had to say…after 4 minutes on the phone, he told me he had many orders and he is very busy and hung up on me…I called corporate to report what happened…they were more apologetic, SEEMINGLY…but no news on what is to be done about the rudeness, and unprofessional behavior of these foolish owners and their trashy employees.
