There is a huge selection of ice cream flavors that are both unique to the store and appropriate for the current season. This summer I tried melon gelato which was so refreshing, light, and amazing yummy and the white napolean (a rasberry cheesecake ice cream) and both were absolute bliss on my tongue! Even better, the selection changes with the seasons so be prepared to try something new.

Great treat if you can’t decide which ice cream store to visit in Georgetown. Directly accross from Thomas Sweet, DolceZZa offers gelato in an assortment of flavors. I sampled the pistachio which was absolutely delicious but ended up getting a scoop of Dolce de leche and Chocolate. Both flavors were rich. Dolce de leche was sweet and decadent. The chocolate (not hazelnut chocolate) flavor tasted like a thick fudge brownie mix/batter, and was so rich it was almost bitter. Next time, I would order thec chocolate alone because it can easily overpower the other flavors.
