From the Restaurant
With an ever-changing view. Rain or shine our Kitssilano beachfront site has been a Vancouver destination for food and fun for more than a hundred years. The hundred-year history of the site, front and centre on Vancouver's Kitsilano beach was an important consideration in development of the project's design. Watermark's goal was to design a contemporary facility that balanced our world famous location by creating a building that utilizes geo-thermal heating and cooling, solar shading and natural ventilation methods to increase the project's overall energy efficiency. The menu reflects the best of both traditional and contempory seafood, while incorporating the unique international flavors of Vancouver. The product is local and utilizes a variety of organic and environmentally sensitive ingredients onto the menu.

A varied menu offering pastas, meats,...
A varied menu offering pastas, meats, appetizers, and desserts. An incredible location with exquisite views overlooking the water. Best time to go is dinner during the summer when the sun is setting and the light sparkles on the water as nighttime comes. The location, service, food, and ambience all work together to make it one of my best dining experiences.

French Toast with sundried Cranberries
Mmmm! The mix of sweet and savoury with the turkey sausages was brunch perfection. I could eat it for any meal day or night.
