If you want bad service, this is the place to go
My family of 5 walked in and were seated after about 3 minutes of waiting for someone to notice us. The waitress sat us down and took our drink menus. Almost 5 minutes later, another lady came by with coffee and asked if anyone had taken our drinks. We said yes. About a minute later, our waitress showed up with our drinks and a baffled face asking us if she had given us menus. We let her know that she had not. My coffee was warm, not hot, so I was able to drink it all well before our food came. When we ordered our food, I specifically asked for crisp bacon. The waitresses response was “it’s all crisp. If I ask for it crisp, it will come out burnt” When our food finally did arrive, all 5 plates of food were cold. I had 2 pieces of bacon – one was burnt, the other limp. My daughter’s waffle was crispy yet was so cold the lump of butter on top didn’t even start to melt. In the middle of my french toast, I got a great big taste of garlic! None of our drinks, including my coffee, were ever refilled and once the waitress delivered our food, we never saw her again at our table. The waitress received NO tip from us.

French Toast, Eggs and Bacon
The french toast would have probably tasted great had it been warm instead of cold and not cooked on the same area as something that had contained garlic. My medium eggs barely had any runny yolk (I had asked for easy and the waitress said that I wanted medium or the egg white would be runny too). I asked for crispy bacon and the waitress said “it’s all crisp. If I ask for it crisp, it will come out burnt” I had 2 pieces of bacon – one was burnt and the other limp. My coffee was warm instead of hot and I never received a refill.
