This French bakery is crazy delicious. Their breakfast and lunch specials are ridiculous. The $4 breakfast special gets you a double tall latte or drip coffee pair with any of their freshly baked croissants. The prix fixe lunch menu lets you select one drink, sandwich and pastry for $9.
The bakery is about a minute walk from the Eastlake bridge, across from the UW campus. They may have free WiFi as well.
