From the Restaurant

We feature West Coast Italian Cuisine including brick oven wood fire grilled fish, meat and game.

Good food, good prices and big flavours are the aim of this new West Coast Italian Restaurant on Robson Street. Chef Romy Prasad, formally the Executive Chef at CinCin for the past eight years, may be European trained in Michelin starred restaurants, but his loyalty is to the West Coast and his family and friends here. Working with local suppliers, who have become good friends over the years, he sources local and fresh organic products whenever possible making use of the abundance of local produce available, and the local foragers from Vancouver Island, Whistler and the interior.
One of only a handful of restaurants that cook with wood fired ovens, Chef grills fresh fish and meats simply with a minimum of ingredients; unique and classic pasta dishes and a selection of appetizers including brick oven pizzas.
