A cute date place. Yummy sangria (and other drinks). The menu is constantly changing, but the food I had at the time was yummy.

Perfect Summer dinner

I can’t think of a better place to eat in the neighborhood on a hot summer night. They have great outdoors seating, they use the freshest local produce, they have that good sangria and relatively inexpensive wine options…It was just a perfect meal.

Simply put, everything tasted fantastic.

What I ate:
  • *****

The sweet mashed potato puree with the spicy pork chop cooked perfectly… great match.

  • *****

Plump fresh blueberries in there, with a great maple ice cream. We had a glass of Muscat to wash it down and it just was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

  • *****

impossible to eat in one bite, guaranteeing a messy second bite but amazingly tasty.

  • *****

This is where the fresh produce really kicks in. They had the best heirloom tomatoes, acting as the bread pieces of the sandwich. With the crab and the goat cheese, it was just out of this world.

  • *****

Same fantastic heirloom tomato meets the sweetest golden beet. Yum.

cute outdoor california cuisine

pseudo outdoor restaurant (you’re outside but under a huge tent/tarp). we went for brunch and the food was pretty good. there was also a guy playing live blues.

What I ate:
  • ***

good portion size (not too big like most omelets) and very tasty. my only complaint was that they used canned artichokes instead of fresh ones.

  • *****

the bread was straight out of the oven and still warm. very good.
