looks like a convenience store (which i guess it is), but the indian food is among the best in the city. and the owners are delightful—one is a musician, the elvis presley of nepal in fact. they remembered us after one visit, and treated us with the utmost hospitality. though it is mostly takeout/delivery (i highly recommend picnicking at fort mchenry), they do have one table for 2, and are planning on putting in a few more tables. we’ve tried a few different dishes on our 2 visits, and they have all been outstanding. an extensive menu, lots of vegetarian options. try the nepali food.
