From the Restaurant
Enjoy gourmet cuisine and a splendid view at the restaurant of Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, located at the entrance to Granville Island. Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday with a new menu created weekly. Select from a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts prepared by our talented Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts students under the watchful eye of our European-trained chef instructors.
