Phenomenal food… I’ve been to Alinea twice and caught Achatz at Trio once before he left. The food is always creative and delicious. Word of advice – get the tour de force menu, it’s the best way to appreciate the full ability of Achatz and the restaurant.

Phenomenal experience! The creative and unique presentation succeeded in exciting all of your senses while indulging in the fantastic flavors of the dish. My friends and I enjoyed the tasting menu and every plate was fantastic.
