cute restaurant on alki
I came here with my cousin who was visiting from Canada. We came on a weekday and it was pretty empty when we came, which was nice because we got a table right by the window so we could see the water.
This place is supposed to be known for their breakfast I think. They have a lot of the traditional breakfast foods, but a there are more seafood options. I think we had crabcake eggs benedict and seafood egg scramble. Both were good, and it was nice to have seafood with breakfast because you don’t get that at most restaurants.
I liked the service here. The waitress was very friendly, and this place has a kind of homey feel. It’s a nice place to enjoy a quiet breakfast by the beach.

Finally had a chance to come to Alki...
I’ve always enjoyed coming down to Alki enjoying the water and the seattle background… It’s most enjoyable during the summer on a nice day whether it’s for a walk or just cruise down Alki Avenue…
It’s only my second time dining in a restaurant in Alki. I really enjoy these local cafes. It’s relaxing, quiet, and got a very nice view…
This restaurant is very easy to find. It’s located right at the corner of 61st & Alki. It’s street parking. The waitresses are very friendly and look happy working there.
When we arrived, we were quick to be seated and served with coffee… We were checked on by our waitress a couple of times throughout our meal to see if there were anything we needed or how the food was. After ordering we did not have to wait long before our food came.

Dishes I tried:
Cafe Eggs Benedict
The correct name should be Cafe Benedict for 12.50…
English Muffins, crab cakes, poached eggs, topped with swiss-asiago cheese sauce. Served with grilled russet potatoes.
I like how each bite you take, you can taste crab. The crab cake under the poached egg is similar to the crab cakes served at most restaurants.
I didn’t really like the grilled russet potatoes. Just my opinion, I thought they were salty and a little dry & rough.
