5.0This place has got to be one of my favorite spots for authentic Italian. I can’t wait for the patio to open. I’ll be drinking martinis here all summer!
Handmade sausage with almost unable to find wild broccoli. A great version of a classic.

5.0For three visits across 5 months, Allora has been excellent and fun. This review is for the most recent visit. Very clean (from the impressively spotless mirrors to everything else), cool inside on a very hot day, pleasant bar and terrace.
1/2 sandwich: Grilled Salmon Panini, Vermont goat cheese
and arugula walnut pesto
… Delicious. Salmon firm and fresh, toppings well balanced with it, panini nicely grilled but not at all greasy
Salad: Caesar with side of anchovy filets.
… Also delicious. One of the most carefully authentic caesar salads we have had and central MA: romaine carefully prepared (torn, not chopped, I think, and well dried), well-balanced dressing (piquant but not sharp, parmesan had very good flavor). It is unusual in this area for restaurants to have anchovies on hand, but in this case our waitress (“Anna,” also excellent) knew enough to ask if I was interested.
Panini Caprese, tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella
and balsamic reduction
… Delicious. An excellent vegetarian entry in the menu, well-balanced flavors and excellent reduced balsamic dressing
Salad: Caesar
… Also delicious. One of the most carefully authentic caesar salads we have had in eastern and central MA: romaine carefully prepared (torn, not chopped, I think, and well dried), well-balanced dressing (piquant but not sharp, parmesan had very good flavor).
