The waitress recommended this as one of the most popular appetizers. The cheese sauce was very light and tasty, the addition of lobster was a great choice. The dish was closer in taste to a shrimp alfredo dish than to the orange colored mac & cheese loved by children everywhere. A generous amount for sharing.
