Tizi Melloul opened in June of 1999. Since the beginning, Tizi strives to create not just a dining experience, but to bring you on a journey through the cuisine and culture of the Mediterranean. Executive Chef Jason Heiman balances great flavor with fresh ingredients to create such favorites as fire roasted mussels, pan roasted quail with bacon infused corn risotto, and a poached pear salad with goat cheese and black pepper truffle dressing. Unforgettable entrees include the pork belly served on a bed of cider braised savoy cabbage or pan roasted tilapia accompanied by taro root gnocchi and smoked tomato concasse. At Tizi Melloul guests are treated as an extension of the family in every way possible. From a warm greeting upon entry, to enjoying five course family style dinners served in the authentic Moroccan Crescent Room, or even an exotic belly dance show on Sundays, guests experience the pinnacle of hospitality.
