The concept is simple. A host of Gauchos parade through the restaurant with choice cuts of grilled Angus beef, chicken, lamb, pork or sausage. All selections are slow roasted over an open flame, seasoned to perfection and accompanied by an extravagant salad bar. Fixed price dining entitles you to eat until you've had your fill!
