From the Restaurant

From angled floor-to-ceiling windows that literally put you in the clouds, to gilded china & red uniformed service staff, Nikolai's Roof is exceptional.
A divine prelude to any dinner decisions, the les petits piroshkis en amuse-bouche is the flakiest of pastries. These tasty chicken & beef hors d'oeuvres offer a unique flavor, created by our chef. Tender veal medallions in a hearty sauce with a green asparagus salad is a delicious follow-up to the fresh baked Maine lobster with a green pea puree on lobster bisque. When available, sautéed breast of squab on parsnip puree with grilled mushrooms & mixed truffle sauce is mouthwatering. Clear the palette with orange sorbet splashed with a dash of vodka. Then choose from beef, snapper, duck, & wild boar entrees. Finish with a Bailey's Irish Cream soufflé topped with mocha chocolate chip crème fraiche. Our Sommelier, expertly selects & pours wines from New Zealand, France, Australia & the United States.
